Quiche – Mothers Day Weekend
My quiches are made fresh in house with a buttery shortcrust pastry base, filled to the brim with a rich, silky egg custard and generous layers of cheese, cream and hand prepared fillings. Baked low and slow until perfectly set with a golden top, every slice is soft, comforting and full of flavour.
Perfect warm or cold, as a light lunch, part of a salad plate, or just on its own when you fancy something delicious and no-fuss.
Collection on Saturday 14th March (after 10am) from the cafe.
Delivery in BLYTH ONLY on Saturday 14th – delivery will likely be after 3pm
