L of A Community CIC
L of a Community CIC runs out of L of a Bake on Bowes Street, Blyth. We support local families with children and young people who have special educational needs and disabilities, offering free coffee mornings, one-to-one advocacy, parent information sessions, family cookery sessions, and practical hands-on help for families who are already stretched thin.
We are run almost entirely on volunteer time. In our first five months we delivered 30 to 40 hours of support every single week. We are now looking for local businesses who want to help fund the specific, practical things that keep this work going.
